1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the ImposterOut app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. User Accounts

ImposterOut uses Google Login for account creation and management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

3. Digital Goods & Purchases

• Certain features of the app are available for purchase ("Digital Goods").
• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat.
• All sales are final. Digital goods are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable Use

ImposterOut is a social game intended for fun and friendly competition. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content within chat or custom categories.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or "hack" the game services.
• Use the game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to NextGen Pioneers.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
