Refund Policy

Our policy on digital goods and subscriptions.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made within ImposterOut (including word packs, bundles, and subscriptions) are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content has been granted.

2. Accidental Purchases

If you or your child made an accidental purchase, please contact us at pioneersnextgen@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review each case individually.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you may also need to request a refund directly through their respective support channels:

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your ImposterOut Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your account.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle.

4. Faulty Content

If a digital product you purchased is not working as described (e.g., a word pack fails to unlock), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or provide a manual credit to your account.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID / Receipt
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase
